Default Unable to open Projects

So this situation has been happening to me and while this is an old post, I was wondering if the solution is the same?

I am using Pro Tools First and have had a long list of issues for months that I've managed to somewhat navigate on my own.

However, I am now unable to open any of my sessions. 1 Session won't open period - No warnings come up or anything. I click on it, the screen disappears as if it's going to open the session, then nothing happens.

The other 2 sessions say File Not Found and the task Manager also cannot download the files for some reason. it even asked me about trying to open from the Cache and said it could not.

When i log into my Avid Link App and go to my Pro Tools Projects Section, it has all the sessions listed along with the dates and names of the shared tracks in each session.

Is there anything else I can do?

Thank you in advance. I appreciate your time and assistance.

Welcome to the community.
First, you should provide as much info as you can. Like, we don't even know if you're on mac or windows.

You could create a signature in the user control panel.

I checked my Avid Link just now, and something is not right. As if it's a server error. Let's hope it's temporary.

I think this should be on a separate thread. I'll create one in Pro Tools 2020 and paste the link here shortly. http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=412523
