Default Can Mix Window Display Fewer Insert and Send Slots?
Is it possible to have the Mix window display fewer (say, 4, or 3... instead of 5) Insert and Send slots, so I could gain some additional vertical space for other Mix window components?

I think the simple answer is no! It's either no Insert Display, 5 or 10!

Yes. View> Mix Window Views> Inserts A-E, Inserts F-J, etc.
