Machine control profile for DSR-1500?

Hi.

I am having a bit of a problem rec arming the audio tracks of a Sony DSR-1500 using machine control in my setup (G4 Dual 1 GHz 1.5GB Ram, OS 10.3.4, PT HD 6.4 cs9 with SYNC I/O) The DVCam deck does locate and playback correctly when using the "generic" profile but will not allow me to arm the audio tracks for recording or permit an audio insert.

I have no problems doing remote rec arming or auto edit on a Digibeta or a Beta SP machine, so I know my setup is basically set up the proper way.

I have noticed that there is no machine profile for the DSR-1500 in the "node" menu in the machine control setup page. Is there any way of obtaining such a profile?

I would very much like to hear from someone who is using the DSR-1500 successfully with Protools and machine control for audio laybacks.

Any feedback or tips regarding this issue will be greatly appreciated!
