Latching Groups
I still haven't figured out how to 'latch' groups in PC. Read the manual, did as it said and nothing........
After you go to Group & Select and then select the groups you want to 'latch' through the channel matrix, then what? Thanks.

Re: Latching Groups
would some kindly ProControl whizz pleasee detail the things PC CAN do with groups then?
in particular, I have always wanted to call up a group and put it in select mode, to say, instance one type of plug in across all in that group.. How do I do that? Jules |

Re: Latching Groups
Jules....one can shift+click next to the desired group in the groups list...this selects all members of the group....then while holding option + shift, you can choose your plugin on one track ..and it assigns to all selected tracks. On P.C....if you press group enable/disable...then hold shift while you enable the group...it will ( I think) select all members of that group. If you know how to assign a plugin from the master section...just make sure you hold option+shift when assigning....and the plug will appear in all selected tracks. Remember through out P.T. the option key effects all or the opposite. and shift deals with latching selections or effecting only selected tracks.

Re: Latching Groups
Digi, Gannon, or somebody:
Is it possible to latch groups per the Pro Control manual? If not, what is Group Mode? Thanks.

Re: Latching Groups
Would somebody from Digi please respond. Is it possible to latch groups per the Pro Control manual? If not, what is Group Mode? This has been in the Pro Control manual since day 1. Thanks.

Re: Latching Groups
I think you hit the select key in the groups section, then hit the letter of the group you want to select. No need for clicking in the group window.
