MBox 3 Pro AND HD|Accel 192 I/O
Does anyone know if we can run our MBox 3 Pro on our HD|Accel 192 I/O rig? So we'd have our existing pre-amps coming in to the 192 I/O and get one more channel of pre-amp available through the MBox 3 Pro. It's an art project and "gear we already own" is right in the budget. FWIW, the HD|Accel rig is running Mac OS 10.6.8 and PT 9.0.6.

You can put the Mbox in stand alone ADDA mode and connect it through coax SPDIF to the 192. That mode gives you two Pres/inputs. You could get four preamps out of the Mbox in preamp stand alone mode, but it would take up 4 analog connections from your 192. Don't know if that will work for you.
