Default Audiosuite PT8.01 Plugin issue

Ladies and Gents

Just wondering if anyone is experiencing this. When Im using audiosuite plugins occasionaly they load up without the graphic interface.

Im finding this alot with TL space.

it loads but the audiosuitebox is all gray.

Have to reboot protools to get it to work again.

Cheers

Mr Pond

Typically, it's the video driver or card. Are you rumming the latest driver? What card is it? What are the video settings in the properties menu?

Speaking of the video settings in the properties menu, I've solved this by (under "advanced") backing down hardware acceleration one notch.

Video driver update did not work.

I have however found the solution.

I was running the 3gb switch which for some reason was messing up the graphics. possibly beause i have 4gb onboard ram plus 512mb video ram

Im not a techie but this could have something to do with it.

When i booted up win xp without the switch enabled my plugins are all working again.

Please make 64bit protools and make it compatible with windows 7

This week would be good

;-)
