Yes.
PT12HD 12.5.2 on OSX 10.11.6, 2014 MBP i7 Quad, 16GB, 512GB Flash, UA Apollo Thunderbolt.
No noticeable issues here.
Using lots of 3rd party plugs and VIs like Waves, MCDSP, UAD, Lexicon, Eventide, IK , NI etc.
All good so far but no guarantee because systems are different.

Are you having any metering lag or something similar or is everything 100?

Yeah, you are right, there´s some little metering lag from time to time. It does not happen continously here, just sometimes, for a few moments.
Then it is gone. So it does not affect working with PT in a serious way. However it seems to be hitting some users harder than me obviously...
From my experience it´s not 10.11.6 specific but just El Capitan as a whole. The behavior hasn´t changed significantly from 10.11.3 (officially approved)
to 10.11.6. Here on my system at least.

...only thing I definitely have noticed was that my Nomad Factory stuff does cause issues from time to time now. Yet even more in Logic.

Yes. No problem at all (12.5.2). No lag, despite all the reports about El Cap being the worst OS etc. Maybe they're referring to 10.11.5 and/or earlier?

Upgraded to Sierra today. Same as 10.11.6 for PT.

Works fine for me here. That is, only the same small bug I had with 10.11.3, which is that when I would first boot up PT I would have to immediately quit it and then reopen it or else it would be really sluggish.

Still happening on 10.11.6 but also still gets fixed when I quit and reopen PT - everything works fine.

Running 12.6 HD Native fine on 10.11.6 but when I run Avid plug-ins like the Pro Limiter I definitely notice the GUI lag. Pro Tools as a whole doesn't run as snappy as it used to for me on Yosemite. I'm really fighting back the urge to just upgrade to Sierra with the positive feedback I've heard about it from some people.

Is PT responding better in El Cap 10.11.6 or Sierra?
