Default PACE and Avid need to fix this Ilok Issue ASAP

so i have 3 licenses, and today, and quite often since Avid aquisitions, our Pro Tools keeps quitting, asking for Pace Licenses, as we are working

3 licenses, one on monthly, one on yearly, one on a perpetual,
All PT Studio,
today, mine has quit 3x,
my 2 other colleagues, quit 2x,

i am on PACE cloud, my 2 other colleagues, are on PHYSICAL Ilok,
on a diferent ilok account,

the PACE keeps timing out,
we are at different locations,
PACE keeps calling home, even on physical ilok

what in the world is going on, and how can we run a business like this?

Avid, PLEASE let us activate PACE on our computers, and stop this madness
this is a serious problem, which needs to be addressed asap

and again, it just happened for 4th time today
asking me to restore my iLok Session,

this is insane

Are you absolutely sure that two or more of you aren't signed into the same ilok cloud? That's kinda what it sounds like.

It has been booting me out today as well, came on here to see if anyone else is in the same boat. Between that and random video engine instability I am really struggling to make deadline!

Hi guys - this might be related to the issue logged at https://status.ilok.com/. We are checking this with iLok as well. For the mean time please check if you're on the latest iLok license manager and sync your licenses just to make sure your license/s are up to date.

different ilok accounts for sure, we have 2 different ones,
and a combination of physical ilok, and cloud ilok

also, we have 4 licenses, so we are not "Sharing" anything,

this is not cool at all,

PLEASE Avid, let us authorize our computers once and for all,
stop calling home PACE, we have an ilok attached,
and even in the cloud, stop calling home every second, PLEASE

just want to say that i've NEVER had any issues of licensing, or kicking me out of a session on Logic or Studio One

Hi musiclee - For the computers that you're having issue using iLok cloud, kindly close the ilok cloud session and reopen it. According to iLok, that should resolve the issue.

it's just crazy that it's happening also on my computers that are NOT using ilok cloud, but are using the Ilok hardware dongle,

and i just updated iLok License Manager too,

Avid, again, please let us authorize computers, that would solve our problems once and for all
