I just checked Sweetwater and the offer is gone.
At this point, you're better off just using 10 and watch the growing pains of 11 from where you are.

It took until 10.2 for Avid to resolve the graphic freezing in 10.

Register PT 10 and get a free upgrade to 11 when it ships.
That's the deal regardless of what or what isn't on Sweetwater's site.
In many cases you don't even "wait" for an upgrade, you instantly get a PT11/PT10 bundle license delivered to you, the PT11 will be available for download from your account when it drops (Examples being: a new Mbox Pro or Eleven Rack with PT included).

I got the impression that the OP saw that Sweetwater had published better deal than Avid finally announced, thus, if someone has a screenshot of the better deal, I believe Sweetwater should keep their promise whether or not they get compensated by Avid. At least in the US where lawyers are kings
