Default PT11 and Video

Hi.
Looking really forward to PT11 and all it's functions/improvements BUT I can't seem to find the answer to if the video engine is included in PT11 and not only in PT11HD?

I think the video engine is in all (2) PT11 flavours, but advanced video editing and multiple video tracks remains HD only

I haven't been able to find the answer to the question of whether PT11 (non-HD) will allow for more than one video file in the session (on one track) or has a timecode ruler.

It will be just like before. So yes, it will have the timecode ruler, but no, it won't allow multiple video tracks.

Excuse my ignorance but what exactly can you do with Video in pro tools?
Can you cross fade between clips, add text titles, etc?
I've been using Sony Vegas but its PC only and my PC can't handle HD. When PT11 video was announced my first thought was great, I can dump Vegas but I'm getting the feeling that video in Pro Tools isn't going to be an alternative to Vegas which is a shame as to use the same edit tools as for audio would be fab.

The question is not whether you can have multiple video tracks on PT 11(Non HD) but whether you can import multiple videos on the one video track which you can’t do in PT 10.
Because you can now edit the video it may be a possibility,
