Pro Tools uninstall doesn't work
I am trying to update pro tools, and so as per instructions I am trying to uninstall previous versions. I open up the uninstaller, and click clean uninstall, and then I click uninstall, and my mac asks me for my password. I put it in, and then click it again, and then... nothing. I keep clicking but nothing keeps happening.
I tried contacting support, but realized they want more money out of me in order to talk to me. |

Re: Pro Tools uninstall doesn't work
Same thing is happening for me, and yes, I'm running 10.9. I'm trying to uninstall PT 9 and install PT11.

Re: Pro Tools uninstall doesn't work
Then you're going to have to manually uninstall PT9. There's been instructions here on how to do that and a search should turn them up.
