Default Idiotic problem - no sound.

Hi folks. I trolled around a bit but this question/problem is so silly that I couldn't find an answer. I haven't used Pro-Tools in literally 2 years, since my last CD, now that I'm back into it, I can get audio recorded, open previous sessions, etc, but I'm getting NO SOUND. I can see the audio level bars, I'm getting the sound INTO the computer, but for whatever reason, I can't get sound at all. I've tried everything I can think of, but I know I'm missing something completely easy. Help?

PS: Mac OS 10.2.3, MBox, ProTools LE 6.1

Need some more info

Are you running the Mbox as your main soundcard? Is the volume on your speakers up? Are they plugged in?

- Mix knob turned up? The volumes on the instrument (synth) are up. The volume(s) on the Mbox are up. And the Pro-Tools mix volume is up as well.
- Output for tracks going out main out 1-2? Yes, input and bus are mono 1-2
- Monitor/headphone knob up? Using computer speakers - volume is up and they are on, lol.
- Speakers on and up if any gain knob? See above.
- Are you running the Mbox as your main soundcard? The Mbox is connected direct to the Mac, so I guess the answer would be yes.

This is just plain silly, I know I'm an amateur, but I had it down a few years ago! ;-)

Your speakers are connected to the Mbox and not the computers output right?

ProTools doesn't output to computer speakers, unless you've disconnected them from your computer and plugged them into your Mbox's outputs.
