Windows server 2003+windows resource manager.

1)What kind of server version is more stable and less resource hungry for audio(enterprise?web?)
2)has anyone compared it with XP?
3)Is there a tip for a correct setup of windows resource manager,appropriate for audio,in order to make it essential at all?
