Default Restore Performance not working correctly in 7.4?

Anyone else having trouble with restore performance. If I import a midi drum track and move a few notes and try to restore it, some notes don't restore.

Verified this on 2 different 7.4 HD rigs.
I know I could just use playlist to restore midi tracks, but this looks like a bug. Can anyone else confirm?

Maybe I'm missing something... the ref guide says restore performance doesn't restore moved notes. But I know I've done this before. And it will restore all my moved notes but 1 or 2... totally unpredictable.

HD 7.4cs5
Mac Pro 2.66ghz 8gb ram
192IO HD3
Tried updating to cs5 and trashing DAE and prefs.
