ProTools not showing up in Avid Downloads

Hi, I recently purchased ProTools for Student/Teacher, and received my verification card. I successfully verified my license, and I received an email telling me to go to the "My Products" page to enter in my download code.

However, when I accessed the "My Products" page, it said that "you don't own any products under this account yet". How do I download ProTools 12, or get it to show up there to download?

If it matters, I purchased it from a verified third-party (kellysmusicandcomputers) from Amazon because of the free shipping.
