Default (-9128) Running out of CPU power

For some reasons I changed my CPU and motherboard to Intel i7 2600 3.4GHz and ASUS P8Z68V. Reinstall everything and when I am working with my new session I have encountered a new problem which I think is kind of ridiculous...

It says "You are running out of CPU power. Remove some RTAS plugins or increase the CPU usage limit in the playback engine dialog. (-9218)

So I check my setting

512 samples, 8 Possessors, 90% (the highest option)
DAE playback buffer Size level 2, Cache size normal
Plugin streaming buffer level 8

And sure it didn't work, things still happens

So I follow every step to optimize my Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit from
http://avid.custkb.com/avid/app/self...p?DocId=349411

But it still didn't work.

Can anyone help me please??? Thank you.

Hello?
I've read some about RTAS problems and I should learn Reaper and ReWire it to PT and use RTAS plugins and........is it the clue?

Gentlemen please come in and leave some words please, my project is halted so I simply have nothing to do now. Surfing the internet and see if money can solve the problem, which I don't have much. And I read some threads here, RTAS to AXX format, so maybe I have to crossgrade to PT 10? and Reaper ReWire, but I read some synchronize problems?

Oh, please, what can I do?

Are you running many plug-ins?
Try 3 processors at 95% and watch your CPU meter.

Yes, I am a heavy plugin user.
In fact I could see no peak from any of the cores in the CPU meter

Now I am trying to combine my PT to Reaper to see if it helps
