record track un-arms after stop!
there is something wrong with pro tools.
if a track is record enabled, and i hit play or record, everything works as it should, then when i hit stop, the record enabled track disables itself automatically. because of this i'm forced to constantly enable tracks for recording after every stop. this slows down session a bunch and i can't find a solution anywhere. has anyone seen this before, or have a solution for the problem? i'm running Pro Tools HD 7.4, on OS X 10.5.3 thank you. |

In your prefs go to "operations" and check "Audio Track Recordlock" This should then work as you expect.

I'll say sorry ahead of time as I am just getting rolling here and still on my first cup of coffee. My guess is that you should go to Pro Tools/new session/setup/operations and there shoud be a preference in there that can disable that problem. If it's not in operations, search the others in there. Hope I was of some help.
