Reason Pro Tools Rewire: Recording in Pro Tools

Hey. New here. So, I've recently been experimenting with rewiring Reason into Pro Tools and wanted to record some bass guitar on top of stuff I've done in Reason. When the song is stopped, there is audio coming through fine, but when the song is running, I can't get any audio to come through. I'm sure I'm missing something simple here. Maybe it's just my slow Macbook? Thanks.

Sounds like you have the bass track armed to record but are not hitting the red record button in the transport/playback controls before you hit play. Make sure you hit the red button on the track and also the red button on the transport/playback controls then "play" to start recording. You also might have pre-roll enabled?

I am running PT 9.06 on a IMac with lion OSX 10.7.5 I trying to use REASON 7.1.1 thur rewire so I can record directly to PT but it not syncing and the audio of reason is not going thur PT but playing externally, reason does launch went I open the reason plugin in PT what am I doing wrong?
