Is there a way to get the faders back to 'Zero'? They are not quite a Unity.. thanks

Go into your utilities on the board. There's a fader calibration function. It self-calibrates every time it's powered up as well.

I've been into Utility, Test, Fader, Snap... I can't see anywhere that says calibration... I thought Snap did it, as the faders jump, you rotate the shuttle wheel clockwise and it raises the fader level, but I can't get it to save once I get it to '0'...
