Default clip sounds different

I imported a vocal clip into pro tools but it sounds like a different pitch. SOunds speeded up a bit. Not sure why. Its the same sample rate. Its also getting some choppy artefacts that arent there outside of pro tools.

Maybe its not the same sample rate? Or SRC should have been checked? A change in pitch indicates a change in sample rate. Describe your hardware setup in great detail(especially if you use any external Clock source).
