advanced tempo operations help

this is what im trying to do:

lets say,

(Bar 9 beat 1) is at 100,000 samples, and i want to have pro tools calculate the curvature of a parabolic tempo change needed for (Bar 10 beat 1) to land on a specified sample location, for instance 150,000 samples, and perform that change, to make (Bar 10 beat 1) land right on that spot. HOW do I do this??
