Default Audio Interface Not Found HD3 8 core G5 mac

I have a new 8 core G5 with new HD3 cards installed..every time I try to launch pro tools I get the dialog "Unable to find an Audio Interface to the first HD card..."

I am running Pro Tools 7.4.2
I am running system 10.5.3

I have 2 192's and one Apogee Rosetta 800.
I have tried each interface separately and different digi link cables... no luck

Digi Test finds no errors, and the all cards and interfaces are seen from digi test.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank You

What order are your HD cards installed in?
Video Card > Core Card PCIe > Accel PCIe > Accel PCIe?

Are the Flex Cables connected as follows?
Core Card port B > First Accel Card Port A
First Accel Card Port B > Second Accel Card Port A

If the configuration is as listed above, have you tried to see if it will launch with JUST the core card installed and connected to just one single 192 i/o?
