Default When will logic work with DAE @ 96

It seems nobody cares . Logic is simply unstable @96K,we all know this so please all
logic users with HD3accel make some noise so somethin can be done, I dont think Im alone on this.
Digi please help ..... if its emagic's fault please pressure. I have been using logic and your hardware since it began and this is the worse it has been, its not fair , I have upgraded paid over$Aus20K to get a system that falls over faster than a 1 year old.

running G5 dp1.8 Osx 10.3.2 and also tested 10.3.3 -- 10.3.3 seems more stable on playback than OSX10.3.2 which falls every 5mins on simple playback..

cheers
