Default Another Access Violation

I've had a few of these in the past and I've narrowed it down to a plug in situation as far as research is concerned.

Access violation occurred, unable to read location: 0x0000000000000008

In the middle of a session (Mostly Waves plug ins and all audio tracks)
at about 4-6 hours in, all of a sudden I get this message. Any ideas?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I don't know if this is at all related to your issue, but your Sandra Report shows 16GB of memory, yet when you add up all of the memory modules, it comes to 20GB. You should not have mixed memory modules. Try removing the two sticks of Hynix 2GB RAM. 16GB of Ram should be enough for Pro Tools.
