ilok "Report as unusable" did not receive avid's response.
Hello,
I registered an ilok license for Protools First on my computer, but this computer has changed its hardware since then. I can't deactivate this license in the ilok license manager now. I submitted "Report as unusable" a few months ago, but I didn't receive a response. Can you agree to my application now? After all, there is an unusable device in the device list, which seems very uncomfortable.
