Error occured while trying to load DIGI002

I hope someone could help me on this... I've got this two messages each time I want to launch PT:

I really don't know what to do, and I've got a client coming tomorrow morning...

P.S. I'm using a PowerMac Quad 2.5 with 10.4.6 and Pro Tools 7.1cs6

If you can't see my images, here are the two messages I've got:

- Error occured while trying to load the controller personality "Digi002".

and:

- Could not complete your request because Assertion in "Sys_FileLoc.cpp", line 188.

Assuming that I may have to re-install Pro Tools (three times this month!!!)... and since I can't spend hours to re-install all of my plug-ins too (my client is coming tomorrow)...

Do you guys know if there is a way to re-install Pro Tools without having to re-install all of my plug-ins?
