Default alternateing mute groups

anybody know of theres a way to make a soloed track go to mute just by soloing another track or group of tracks. rather than haveing to unsolo one track and then hit solo on ther. sort of like how the mute groups work in cubase?

Yep. If you're on PTLE 7.4.x, it's under Options->Solo Mode
