Need room acoustics consultant - Los Angeles

Hey all,

I'm looking into a space in Venice as a possible place to rent for a mix room. It has been used as a mix room in the past, but I am a bit befuddled by the choices made in the room design in terms of its acoustic properties. For example: concrete floor, mostly bare drywall walls (thankfully not all paralell), a bizarre fan-like structure which looms overhead of the console area that is made of wood (reflective)... All these things go against everything that I know about proper room-treatment.

I'd like to hire someone who really knows this stuff to come have a look at the space with me and give me an honest assesment of what room improvements need to be made. If any one knows such a person, please pass on their info. Thanks much!

I've worked in some of his rooms and there great. I also took classes with him and have done design in the DC area and what I learned from him impressed not only me but my clients as well.
