Video window doesn't "float" and goes behind when switching to any other app

Mac OS Ventura 13.5
Pro Tools Ultimate 2023.6.0

Video window is not "floating" or staying on top of edit or mix windows. After last upgrade to 2023.6.0 whenever I click on anything else that is not Pro Tools, say a Word doc I'm reading lines from, the video window will go behind the edit or mix windows.

Other windows that have always "floated" such as transport, aux faders, plug-ins, etc. stay on top of the edit or mix windows and only the video window goes behind.

First attached screenshot shows how video window is visible when Pro Tools is the active app, while second screenshot shows how the video window goes behind the edit window just by clicking on the desktop, while the transport window continues to behave normally remaining on top of the edit window.

Any help or clues would be very appreciated.

I have observed this same behavior. Not sure what the workaround is. Anyone?

David, I thought you meant to send a direct message over this forum. Tried the "send a private message here" option but I get a message saying that DigiTechSupport doesn't receive private messages. So I went to https://avidproduction.force.com/avidsupportcenter and started a case with the same details shared here.
