Importing audio from Quicktime?
Hey, all-
Importing audio from a Quicktime file still truncates the audio to 16-bit, which (aside from throwing away bit-depth) destroys Dolby E streams embedded in the audio tracks. Is there any chance of a fix for this? You can work around it by exporting a 24-bit WAV or .AIF from Quicktime Pro, but it's a good bit of extra work when you're trying to edit together a timeline of a number of video clips. Thanks!
