Need Help Quantizing Midi on PT 7.1!!!

So, when I was using PT 6.7 and tracking MIDI i could easily go into MIDI and
quantize each instrument by highlighting it and clicking apply in the quantize option.
But now I am having a hard time quantizing. The only time it will quantize is if I click
the MPC or CUBASE options for the swing feel and its called something else now "MIDI Groove?"

So, the question is how do i quantize my midi? Or is there something wrong with PT 7.0 and
quantizing?

...and I don't seem to have much trouble with Quantizing in 7.x
