Default Batch rename not showing up.

Been wanting to organize my files with the batch rename function and noticed I don't have it? Is this something mac users can have?

It's batch rename clips not files. It changes clip names not file names (files on your drive won't change names -- just inside Pro Tools)
You have to select more than one clip to see it
It doesn't show up on the track menu (since it is about clips)

If you select more than one track, you will get batch rename tracks option (which is a different thing)

Tried selecting more than one tack to get the batch rename tracks option and it didn't show up on the menu. I'm guessing it's not for windows.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It is on both.
Read the manual.

It is not in the track menu as I already stated. If you want a drop down menu, you need to go to the clip bin menu and it is listed under regular clip rename. Most professionals just use the shortcut keys after selecting multiple clips and don't use the menus.
