Using mbox2 and 003 rack+ on same laptop

Hello,

I found this:

"Pro Tools LE supports the use of any single supported Pro Tools LE audio interface. Simultaneous use of multiple Pro Tools LE devices is not supported."

Now, does this mean I CANNOT use a mbox2 at home and 003+rack at the studio with same PT 8 LE on the same macbook?

You can only use one interface at a time.

If you want to connect it to the Mbox 2 for one session, and the 003 Rack + for another session, that's fine. I do it all the time.

Okay, thanks. How about opening a rack003+ project with mbox, does it work?

Whenever you open a session created on one interface, with the other interface, you will get a message window telling you the I/O has changed. Just click OK and the session will open and run fine. If you need to record or overdub, you may need to select the correct input, which should not be a problem.
