Default ADAT or SPDIF

I'm about to get some ALP5 monitors and I already have the 002Rack and an EMU sound card on my computer. The sound card has ADAT and SPDIF connections. Which would be the best to use if I only plan to record 96kHz or lower? Any other suggestions are welcome.

Default Re: ADAT or SPDIF

ADAT goes only to 48kHz. Not sure if SP/dif goes higher.
If your EMU have more than 2 ch. I/O than of corse ADAT (8ch.)
