Insufficient system resources and solution

Yesterday I had a problem with a session opening up and showing me that every dsp plug-in was made inactive because of “insufficient system resources”. This message was odd considering it opened and ran fine the day before.
When I checked the system usage window there was no dsp usage.
I assumed it to be a software problem and proceeded to do my normal Pro Tools trouble shooting.
1. Check PT to see if the hardware engine is right and the IO shows the convertors ok. That was fine.
2. I toss PT prefs and restart, but no help,
3. Install fresh version of PT and restart - no help,
4. waves install update and restart- no help.
5. Turned on and off my Lynx Aurora (n) 32.

Everything happy and perky again! Wish I had done #5 first. Lol

So something about the hardware hdx card and its dialog with the Lynx convertor prevented the card from using DSP.

Ssd drives and UAD octo pcie
Lynx n 32 and focusrite 8pre attached via hdx card.
