structure free library missing since 2018 update

Hi.
I have recently updated to 2018. updated all including Air first instrument bundle. Structure cannot now find the sample files for the factory content. In the quick start folder there is another folder called samples that contains the *.big files for each of the 4 patches in the q/s folder. In the 'Structure Factory Libraries' it has all of the patch files but does not have the sample folder or related *.big files for the 60 patches listed. I have done a full search of my computer but cannot find them. I have tried re-installing the bundle several times to no avail. I am probably missing some obvious link to a download or some such....if someone could point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

I could not find the folder on my Mac from just a quick search
But my Factory presets downloaded fine.

So to clarify. It should launch with "Sign Wave " showing just below the Black patch header on the left side of the GUI and If you click one of the little black buttons ( with white triangle up-down arrows) Under the tip of the red pointer in the photo and highlight the first choice (in Blue ) the Structure Free list window does not show like below ???

Hi thanks for responding
yes the list shows but it will not load any of those patches. Any sessions that I have that use structure and any of those patches show an error message that says cannot find 200 samples please locate the sample folder. I have done a search from inside structure and via windows and the sample files are not there.

humm strange.... well my system loads them and plays them fine ???
Guess I am not gonna be much help, other than to suggest that if you just upgraded you may have some support option you can use to get intouch with Avid and see if they can help . Good luck
