Creating an independent new session
I record my band's songs continously in one session. I find it easier because my computer is located upstairs (we play in my basement) and I would rather not run up and down stairs to create new sessions everytime we play a new song. After we finish recording, I would like to create an independent session for every song where I do not have to relink audio at all. I just want a solid, separate session (no link to the original session). What is the best way of going about this?

Re: Creating an independent new session
Assuming that when you say "no link to the original session" you man that you want each new session to have it's own audio files (and not reference the originals). The easiest way to do this is like this:
Before you do any editing...
