Default Quicktime & PT LE

What would be the best way to get Quicktime movies W/ burn in to PT LE ? (full set up instructions)
I`m presently looking at two possibilities for post work
A: Miro dc30 +( $495.)full 30fps
B: XLR8 Interview 2.0 ($99.)up to 27 fps
Has anyone any experience w/ either of these system configurations?
Thanks.RayS
