Audio Only Playing inside Pro Tools

I don't know what I did, but for some reason audio is only playing inside pro tools... when I try to load a video on youtube when pro tools is open, there is no sound from youtube.. when I try to listen to a song on Itunes while Pro Tools is open.. there is no sound from itunes.. I tried closing Pro Tools.. and I still don't hear any audio from any other source on my computer.. so I re-opened Pro Tools and... Sounds are only working from Pro Tools... I'm sure restarting my computer would fix this issue, but I don't want to resort to restarting my computer if this ever happens again.. there has to be a quick fix, right?

Some things I did before this problem started were... opened and close Itunes, Opened and closed FL Studio and watched some videos...

Any help for this small issue would be appreciated so so so so much! :)

edit: I forgot to mention I have an Mbox 3.. I don't if that will help, I doubt it has something to do with my Mbox, but you never know!

Look up at "Help us Help You - READ THIS Before Posting!" and try to provide some useful info as asked for there. Starting with information about your computer, OS version, Pro Tools version, Interface driver version, what exact interface is the playback engine set to. If on a PC provide a Sandra report.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I don't really have the time to post all that info. I just restarted my computer and the problem was fixed.. if I ever run into this issue again, I'll come back here. Thanks a lot!

For future reference...

There are sound reasons (pardon the pun), for requesting this info. If you don't have the time to post it, don't expect anyone to have the time to help you unless you happen to be so lucky as to find a mind reader.
