I spoke too soon. JC, can you please take a look at the case again? There was a problem with the license transferred to the buyer's account. It has an expiration date, whereas it's supposed to say "never".

YYR123, be aware that it was Avid that stepped in and offered to help. Pace/iLok haven't gotten back to me. I'm still waiting for them to reimburse multiple charges to my card that never resulted in a license transfer. I would personally wait.

Call your card company IMMEDIATELY and tell them your disputing the charge due to failure to deliver the service you requested. Get that in now before too much time goes by as some card companies have a time limit on charge disputes.

My license have disappeared!!

It only show this in my ilok.

" PRO TOOLS HD 10 Bundle (1)" it should be "PRO TOOLS HD 10 Bundle (4)

No Pro tools HD 10 / Pro tools 10 / Pro tools 9 HD / Pro Tools 9 inside.

Now I can't launch Pro tools 10 HD.

I have deactivated, and activated hundred times with no luck.

Any ideias?

iLok team is not helping so much, 3 days and 3 emails with almost the same statement.

Need some help, anyone?

Thanks for the advice, musicman691.

Our situation still is not resolved. We're not sure which company's responsibility it is to fix it now. To exacerbate the problem, I'm told this morning by Pace/iLok that they will be reversing 6 authorizations? Wait, 6? The Manager crashed and froze before I could even get half way through the steps to transfer the license! To the point that Avid had to step in and help me transfer the license, which unfortunately was unsuccessfully also because the buyer's license has an expiration date. This is exhausting and has me livid.

I was about to buy several Softube plug-ins that are on sale this month but will likely refrain due to their dependency on iLok and my fear of throwing more gasoline on the fire. Instead, I will buy something from UA or Plugin-Alliance. That sucks, because I love Softube also.

hey guys I got the ilok manager to let me sign in....but it says my ilok is not connected....

my v2 has the blue light and I assumed that all necessary drivers were loaded with the ilok manager software....???


Anybody know anything???
