Default DigiDesign 003 Rack is locking at 256K 44.1

Hi, I have been using my setup for more than a year with no errors but today I had an update on my Pro tools to 2016 Perpetual and I set it up with ILok and it disabled my previous license. Now when I open Pro tools, my Digi003 Rack will only set a buffer of 256K and only provides 44.1.. It no longer shows 44K ir 96K and it used to provide 1024 buffer size.
Can anyone please tell me what I did wrong and if there is a fix for this mess.
All of my recordings are 48K or higher and I am at a a standstill.

Thanks for your time!
