Pro Tools 2023.3 HD Driver Freezes during Install on Mojave

The wait at "less than one minute" during the installation of the HD Driver, took about 5 minutes, but it eventually completed. Strange. . . i have never seen this before.

Mojave (10.14.6.) on 2013 Mac Pro
