Recalling settings from track

Hey,

Recently I've noticed that I am no longer able to right click on a WAV file in the edit window and it no longer shows the E symbol in the right hand corner of the WAV file.

My system is connected as I would normally have it and I used to be able to recall settings this way with no problems.

Eleven Rack is connected via USB to iMac and spdif to RME (in and out)
Track input is set to spdif input and audio device selected is RME.

Pro Tools sees the 11R and I am able to edit the 11R from Pro Tools and it records the audio fine, it just won't display the E in the window allowing me to recall settings on that WAV.

Any ideas?

You do still have the "embed" radio button ticked in the Eleven Rack settings window, correct? I know I've had it un-ticked at times, for reasons I cannot explain. This would definitely be the first place to look.
