Core Audio Manager and Optical In/Out with Live 7

Core Audio Manager and Optical In/Out with Live 7

I am trying to use my 96 iO with abelton live 7.

In the core audio manager it says I have 8 in and 8 outs.

When I click the Hardware congig button it lets me set In/Outs 8-16 as Optical and SPDIF.

How do I get these ins/out to appear in the Core Audio Manager?

I would like to use the optical in/out in Live, I am using a Focusrite 428 as a front end/DI to Pro Tools and when I switch to live it is gone.

Any ideas?
