xPand!2's Presets (PRO TOOLS)

I remember that Pro Tools preset list use to work with xPand. My xPand is forcing me to use the instrument banks on the UI, did I do something wrong by also installing AKAI's AIR Instruments? I tried uninstalling the xPand AAX plugin to reinstall the bundle in my avid account, and still.

Not sure what you mean by 'pro tools presets', track presets?
I don't use xpand very often but I just checked, and I can load xpand presets from the menu just under 'presets' in the Avid part of the plugin window, as well as from inside the xpand GUI.

Hopefully Ben will be able to interpret this Windows Path (C:\Users\Username\Documents\Pro Tools\Plug-In Settings)
and provide you with the Mac equivalent …

double-click:
Contents Folder
double-click:
Factory Presets Folder

Copy the Xpand!2 Folder
Paste it here:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Pro Tools\Plug-In Settings

Restart computer
Launch Pro Tools

Sounds like a solution from unkJE, or at least a check point.
The location on mac is almost identical:
User folder - Documents - Pro Tools - Plugin settings
Same place as Templates, Track Presets, etc.

No Factory Presets folder on my xPand Contents Folder (See Attachment)

One Windows version of Xpand!2 didn’t include the Presets, so please check your Installer if you've still got it - or click on ‘air’ (lower RHS of plug-in) to see your version …
… if you’re using XPand!2 2019.12 (Mac) 1.11 GB (same version offered in current Pro Tools 2023.3 as in Legacy Downloads)

First, completely remove your (no Presets) version of Xpand!2
(I follow uninstalls with a free CCleaner 'Check Registry for Issues' + save previous setting when prompted)
Restart computer

Download & install for a temporary installation:
XPand!2 2.2.7.2.1000 Setup macOS-GM.zip

Restart computer
Quarantine your Xpand!2 Presets to reuse in a different version of Xpand!2 - you can reinstall XPand!2 2019.12 then add the Presets
