Host Automation Not Showing

I’m I suppose to see host automation lines move in latch mode?

I have a few parts on a Falcon sequence where I assigned host automation to multiple parts. While they are changing for the intro and chorus, I can’t establish the song as easy as I thought because I can’t see the automation actually change. I’m improvising with markers but while the instance mutes the different parts, nothing changes in Pro Tools’ automation drop down.

My workflow would be to have separate instances of Falcon in separate instrument tracks for each section of your song, meaning a Pro Tools track for your intro, another track for your verse, an so on.

If you prefer to stay with the single instance of Falcon in a single PT track, make sure you have Falcon’s internal mutes, the ones you have circled, enabled for automation. At the top of the Falcon window click the AUTO button to see if this is possible. You should see a list there of the automatable features in Falcon. Enabled features for automation will be shown on the right side of the window.
