2021.6 install on the same drive as 2020.9.1
Hi,
Pro Tools install question here: When i had my 5.1 Mac Pro, i would just used two system drive, one for the newest Pro Tools install and the other with my "old" trusty system, meaning i could go back anytime to my latest version of Pro Tools if needed. With my new Mac Pro (2019), i have only one system drive, so i am wondering how can i have a similar workflow with just one system drive? I've read that some people rename the oldest Pro tools version in order to have 2 versions running at the same time, but i cant find the thread. Is it possible? Is there any issues related to this method? I would like to try 2021.6 without overwriting my 2020.9 version. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!!! Thanks Luc |
