"required software extensions are missing"

Hi,
yesterday I was trying to demo the Emi Mastering Pack.. I've received the Ilok authorization on my account, downloaded it to my Ilok and installed the last version of the Pace extensions (5.6 for Mac Osx)... I've also installed the plugins but when I start up PT (I'm on 10.3.9 with Mix, 6.4.1cs4) there's a "required software extensions are missing" message on the screen, only when the EMI TG12412 & 12414 are loading. I've bought some months ago the EMI TG12413 and it's workin' flawlessy, without problems.
Someone can help me?

Nope man, if you take a look at what I wrote... "I've installed the last version of the Pace extensions (5.6 for Mac Osx)".. I'm on 10.3.9 and the 5.6 version of the installer (that is actually on Pace site) is the one that I've installed! Sorry, this is not the solution

Appologies get so use to that message being related to the interlock drivers.

I remember having the ssame problem with the mastering pack demo? i couldn't get it to work.

Here's my installed plugs for the mastering pack? try removing the old one's manually from the plugs folder Library/app support/Digidesign/Plugins and place these into the folder and see if that works...

The first one was one I've received and never installed many months ago... I've not see the one you gave me, you remember what version they are? Are you using PT7 o 6? Mac Intel or PPC?

The one's i sent were 1.0b6 UB, I'm using them on PPC Tiger 10.4.10 PT 7.4

I've tried both, they don't work. Can you please do something for me? Go on HD/System/Library/CFMSupport and get the info of the file INTERLOK ENGINE. What do you see? Mine is 5.1.1

Ok, problem solved, I've installed the 5.4.1 ilok extensions and now it seems workin good

No, it was an illusion. When I searched the plugs on the insert list I've clicked on TG12412 but the on screen message "required software extensions" was still there! I'm so tired! Abbey Road have to study better improvements for all the platforms of PT...
