Recorded a great love song for a good friend of mine that he wrote for his girl...recorded one of my own tunes, and had my old singer write and record the vocal part...while my old singer was over, I got the itch to record one of our older songs from our rock n roll days that we never recorded back then...on the pro side, nothing!

I'm curently working on an album folk-rock.
We've started at the beginning of january, and suppose to finish the recording the 3 week of march.

Here's our setup.
We recorded the basic tracks using 8 channels of Neve 3115, 8 other neve pres (custom ones) for drums. 2 Neve 1073 for Bass + 2 urei 1176, Focusrite red6 for Acoustic guitars, Trident for piano or synths, and Avalon 737 as backup for anything else. For the basic we used a Mackie MDR, transfer everything using a FTP connection to Protools and overdub in Protools with Lucid converters. Everything is clocked using a Rosendahl Nanosync.

For mixing i'm gonna go in a studio equiped with a Protools HD with ProControl. I cant wait to try the HD with 6 process cards !!! PLENTY OF POWER !!!

no serios recording right now. I'm still trying to get some last minute writing in for my band's new record. I'm going to LA next week to work with Matt Wallace. We're leaving from the studio to do a 3week tour. None of my own recording projects for awhile . Hopefully working in LA will settle my appetite for recording. Actually, I'm pretty excited. We found a killer room with great drum sounds. Neve and trident console. We'll be mixing on an SSL. So bassicly another wetdream come true.
