Command8 - USB
Hi !
I`d like to use my Command8 on a distance approximatly 10 meters from the HP XW 8200 computer. HOW? If the max distance for USB 1.1 is 8 meters and for USB 2.0 - 3 meters. What kind of USB protocol (1.1 or 2.0) Comman8 used ?

hello, can anyone help me..im new to using the control 8 with the MBOX 2 (software version 6.8). I m having a hard time installing the command 8 driver to work. it keeps saying "offline" on the command 8 as well as a message in pro tools every 3 seconds to the tune of "cannot communicate with hui. powercycle down hui check connections"..but i have checked the connections a million times..maybe someone has had this problem before?? thanks in advance

The Command|8 is not a HUI. You should be choosing Command|8 for the type of controller, not HUI.
